Delete the file (au minimum change the its directory) :
C:\Documents and Settings\"your name"\Application Data\Notepad++\nativeLang.xml

  It seems that you use v3.9 or version above, and your Notepad++ crashed.
  If so, update your Notepad++ to v4.0, this crash issue is fixed.
