There is a list of projects using Scintilla (the editing component used by Notepad++) at http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/ScintillaRelated.html. Many of the projects are for Linux.
If all else fails, you can try Wine (http://www.winehq.org/), which allows you to run Windows applications in *inux.
