I´m noct logged in as Administrator. Procmon does not tell me what went wrong during startup.

The Error Message is in German so excuse my translation ;-)

  I've got the same message this morning and N++ didn't launch anymore :( Reinstaled, but no changes.. haven't made any installs or updates yesterday..
