I don't know if it's my system that's doing wrong, but when I create a new file, type something, press the save button and press abort when the file dialog is shown, npp thinks that the save process completed successfully. Changing the text shown in the window doesn't reenable the save button.

It's a known bug and it was fixed in version 4.0 RC.
