N++ Ver 3.9

Excuse me if someone has pointed this out problem before.

I have a Dell laptop/dock setup. Often I'll have N++ up on the second monitor. If I de-dock the laptop, the N++ "stays" on the second screen. Usually Windows apps let you open the title bar menu by space+alt. Not so with N++. I use this Windows shortcut key often enough that I'm wondering why the standard Windows shortcut key setup isn't used with the titlebar menu in N++. In that menu, as you know, is "move." Through alt+tab I can switch to applications that are off screen, then press the "m" key, and the mouse cursor changes to the 4-arrow configuration (arrows pointing left, right, up and down) and at this point, usually, you can use the arrow keys to move windows around. This way you can move windows off screen; on screen.

Was this an oversight or a choice in N++?

Otherwise guys keep up the good work!
