Nobody/Anonymous - 2006-12-30

I've got a database file looking like this and want to extract only the mail adresses.

Wittenwilerstr.# Aadorf'8info@test1.at
Chbtelstr.# Aadorf*>A7info@double2.de
Wittenwilerstr.# Aadorf*%:8info@change.ch*http://www.change.ch

I'm a real newbie on notepad++. Does anywone have a clue how to replace the funny characters before and after the email address?
