When I want to copy/paste my document in Binary mode (option of HEX-Editor), it just paste in hexadecimal but not in binary...
Is there a solution?

It seems like a request we've discussed early: a possibility to copy as a hex pattern (text mode - done already) and to copy as a binary data (binary mode - not done). I.e. there must be a choice of the way to copy the selection (selected text) to the clipboard: 1) as a hex pattern and 2) as a binary data.

Select on left side the text and copy it to the clipboard via CTRL+C.
Paste in another text editor should give the following result:
2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A 2A
But if you select on right site and copy into clipboard you should
have following result in a different editor:

Yes, it is. Now I recollect this feature :) Maybe you would describe it in the Help Dialog of the plugin - so that there will be no more such questions?

could you explain your question in more detail? What are you want to do exactly?
- Do you want copy data from HexEditPlugin into another program?
- What style did you expected?
- etc.

Both is done IMO. Maybe there is a problem with copy function of Notepad++ and I have to do it in another way. But try at first like this example.
HexEdit shows:
2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A 2A2A2A2A ****************
