JadClipse - Eclipse plugin / Discussion / Help: Error accessing preferences in 3.2.0

I'm using the 3.2.0 release in eclipse 3.1.1, but any attempt to view any of the jadclipse preferences pages gives an error similar to this:

"Unable to create the selected preference page."

"Reason: Plug-in 'jadclipse' was unable to instantiate class 'jadclipse.ui.JadClipsePreferencePageDirect'"

Details of the error message only reveal a null pointer exception, with no info on where it's happening, and the workspace log shows no exception.

Is anyone else having this problem?

  As the JadClipse version number might suggest, the 3.1.0 version is for Eclipse 3.1, and the 3.2.0 version for Eclipse 3.2. See also release notes.
