Is there any server without UDP out there?
I am playing through a firewall which doesn't allow UDP connections and so it would be great if there were a server out there for which you don't need UDP. Playing vs. bots is very borring.

a server without UDP is going to be VERY slow, choppy and almost impossible to play on anything but the subnet where the server is located.
Contact your firewall administrator and see if he will write a rule to allow UDP to a single IP.
