Adium is an Open Source, multi-protocol instant messaging application for Mac OS X. Adium supports AIM, ICQ, Jabber, MSN, Yahoo!, Google Talk, Bonjour, Gadu-Gadu, Novell Groupwise, SIP/SIMPLE (Text), and Lotus Sametime.
