This is just some small utilities in C that I use and re-use in different projects. They are self-contained (except that most depend upon CUtils). It can compile and work on Linux and WIN32, most probably on any POSIX system, too. This is an XML-Parser for Java ME based on the work of Marc De Scheemaecker (original NanoXML-Parser) and Eric Giguère (ported NanoXML to the J2ME platform). It was extended with helpful methods to parse and navigate in RDF and OWL files.
