Extra tools for OpenOffice under weak copyleft or other licenses
A space to store classic OOo dependencies that cannot be easily redistributed in Apache OpenOffice's Source tree. Initially this was meant for copyleft tarballs only but it is also pretty handy to mirror other file dependencies. -

pdf2oo converts pdf to odf. It creates an image for each page, allowing to overlay drawings and text and export it back to pdf. Handy for rewiews of scientific papers. The closest thing to a free pdf editor, "almost" an openoffice pdf import filter.

It's a free and handy text editor for both plain text files and formatted text files and printing. Since release 1.2.0 there is a tool for the conversion in PDF format. It's written in Java language so it's available for a lot of Operative Systems.
