IEEE 802.15.4 networkong stack covers PHY and MAC layers (PHY layer implemented in hardware and MAC optionally implemented in software). Also 6lowpan (IPv6 packet encapsulation) is implemented for use by IEEE 802.15.4 and BT LE networks. Note: due to licensing restrictions (and despite project's name) we do not plan to implement any ZigBee related stack parts. -

WSNFuse provides an abstraction layer for wireless sensor networks, allowing to expose one or many WSNs by means of different access technologies(e.g.: filesystem, JMS, RMI, Smart-Spaces, etc.).Its plugin-based architecture allow users to develop and adopt thei own plugins and configure WSN fuse to better suit their needs. Decoding Superimposed BPSK Modulated Wireless Transmissions
The introduction of physical layer network coding gives rise to the concept of turning a collision of transmissions on a wireless channel useful. In the idea of physical layer network coding, two synchronized simultaneous packet transmissions are carefully encoded such that the superimposed transmission can be decoded to produce a packet which is identical to the bitwise binary sum of the two transmitted packets. -
