The only non-standard library needed is ZeosLib. It uses SQlite databases, so no special drivers or servers are required - although you can easily change it to use any other database supported by Zeos. -

SmallOs
É um pequeno sistema de OS, atendimento, voltado para pequenas equipes de atendimento que precisam contabilizar o seu trabalho e tempo de atuação. Esta é a primeira versão, porem já pode ser usada normalmente. Foi escrita em Lazarus, com ZeosLib e MySql. A princípio, funciona com MariaDB também. Espero, semanalmente lançar correções e evoluções da ferramenta, afinal ela ainda é beta. Aqueles que tiverem interesse na ferramenta, comentem, relatem bug e façam suas sugestões.
