    compress

    compress

    Optimized Go Compression Packages

...Optimized deflate packages which can be used as a dropin replacement for gzip, zip and zlib. snappy is a drop-in replacement for github.com/golang/snappy offering better compression and concurrent streams. huff0 and FSE implementations for raw entropy encoding. gzhttp Provides client and server wrappers for handling gzipped requests efficiently. pgzip is a separate package that provides a very fast parallel gzip implementation. Stream decompression is now faster on asynchronous since the goroutine allocation much more effectively splits the workload. On typical streams, this will typically use 2 cores fully for decompression. ...

    kcptun

    kcptun

A stable and secure tunnel based on KCP with N:M multiplexing and FEC

...Available for ARM, MIPS, 386 and AMD64. kcptun is shipped with builtin packet encryption powered by various block encryption algorithms and works in Cipher Feedback Mode, for each packet to be sent, the encryption process will start from encrypting a nonce from the system entropy, so encryption to same plaintexts never leads to a same ciphertexts thereafter. kcptun made use of ReedSolomon-Codes to recover lost packets, which requires massive amount of computation, a low-end ARM device cannot satisfy kcptun well. To unleash the full potential of kcptun, a multi-core x86 homeserver CPU like AMD Opteron is recommended. ...

    Chronos Forecasting

    Chronos Forecasting

Pretrained (Language) Models for Probabilistic Time Series Forecasting

Chronos is a family of pretrained time series forecasting models based on language model architectures. A time series is transformed into a sequence of tokens via scaling and quantization, and a language model is trained on these tokens using the cross-entropy loss. Once trained, probabilistic forecasts are obtained by sampling multiple future trajectories given the historical context. Chronos models have been trained on a large corpus of publicly available time series data, as well as synthetic data generated using Gaussian processes.

    uqlm

    uqlm

Uncertainty Quantification for Language Models, is a Python package

UQLM is a Python library developed to detect hallucinations and quantify uncertainty in the outputs of large language models. The system implements a variety of uncertainty quantification techniques that assign confidence scores to model responses. These scores help developers determine how likely a generated answer is to contain errors or fabricated information. The library includes both black-box and white-box approaches to uncertainty estimation. Black-box methods evaluate model outputs...

    Wuffs

    Wuffs

    Wrangling Untrusted File Formats Safely

Wuffs is a memory-safe, zero-dependency library and domain-specific language for writing high-performance image codecs and related parsers. Instead of trusting ad-hoc C, Wuffs code is compiled to C with strong bounds, integer, and state checks inserted by construction, aiming to eliminate whole classes of security bugs without a heavy runtime. The design prioritizes predictable performance: decoders avoid dynamic allocation by default, return explicit “short read” signals, and run well in...

    GNNPCSAFT Web App

Smart Thermodynamic Modeling with Graph Neural Networks

The GNNPCSAFT Web App is an implementation of our project that focuses on using Graph Neural Networks (GNN) to estimate the pure-component parameters of the Equation of State PC-SAFT. We developed this app so the scientific community can access the model's results easily. In this app, the estimated pure-component parameters can be used to calculate thermodynamic properties and compare them with experimental data from the ThermoML Archive. Naeon

    Naeon

The safest way to store private data in untrusted (cloud) environments

Naeon secures data in untrusted off-site storage through a layered approach: files are compressed, then AES-256 encrypted with a randomly generated 128-character passphrase yielding approximately 762 bits of entropy — far beyond the reach of both classical and quantum brute-force attacks. The ciphertext is obfuscated by prepending and appending random byte blocks, making the result unidentifiable as an encrypted file. The payload is then sharded into one private chunk — holding the encryption key and part of the data — and multiple equal-sized public chunks, each renamed to its SHA-512 hash and given a uniform timestamp to prevent metadata inference. ...
