The Window Maker Live DVD is an installable Linux live ISO, and is based mostly on the recently released “Bookworm” branch of Debian. It relies on the Window Maker window manager as its default graphical user interface. It can also be considered as an alternative installation medium for Debian/Bookworm. As such, wmlive is fully compatible with and relies on the official Debian/Bookworm repositories for security updates and bug fixes. ISO images of "Window Maker Live" and its source code are provided "as is" without any promise for fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty or support provided whatsoever. If it breaks anything you are entitled to keep the broken pieces and fix them yourself.

Bundle of easy-to-configure useful Rofi Applets Developed by Umutcan Sevdi. This project requires Rofi. It's a very powerful pop-up/switcher that allows anyone to create powerful menus. You can download it from the package manager of your choice. All applets read color values from applets/global.rasi. Editing color hexcodes will update all existing applets. Create a directory at ROFI_APPLETS_PATH. Then open two files. config.rasi and launch.sh. Instead of defining your own color values, import all of them from global.rasi for consistency. Develop rest like any other rofi applet. Write your launch script to the launch.sh. Applet CLI will automatically recognize your applet on the next run.

This program was originally written for the Lenovo flex 5. But if your laptop has iio-sensor-proxy installed and supports it, automatic rotation should work on any laptop. Since version 1.7 I use an ASUS ROG Flow. Therefore new features and patches will be available first on the asus_rog_flow branch.

My customized linux live spin using 'Awesome' the Window Manager (WM) If you are not familiar with the AwesomeWM you might have troubles using this LiveOS, unless you are experienced with Linux in general. This is my dotfiles that I made, it's a dotfiles design to be understandable and hackable by anyone and themed with SweetPastel. Instead of making multiple Window Manager Configs with different style I opt in on just one style but it should be compatible to other Window Manage so if you switch to another Window Manager it should be the same style, plus it's less work. All the configs are stored in a folder so it won't conflict at your pre existing configs (Except of the window managers they will conflict unless you backup your old files)

A simple "my own" Desktop for Linux ( designed by vertigini.com.br, not a WM ) with a strong focus on social networks and Cloud Computer users , based on Fluxbox and ROX . For now, we have packages for Debian , Ubuntu and compatible, but with the code , all written in zenity , shell script , it is very easy to port it to any Linux distribution . The goal is to provide an environment that is a very lightweight option for consecrated Unity , Gnome , KDE or XFCE and LXDE and has excellent usability . How we use the ROX desktop, as a basis , the user will have access to advanced features of the Drag'n Drop . Basically , you can drag applications , documents and folders to the panel , desktop and elsewhere . This is a characteristic of ROX . The default shortcuts are focused for the most common applications of Ubuntu / Debian / Mint . But you can customize them to your like . If a shortcut does not work, simply remove the icon or install the corresponding application .
