    Overlayer

    Overlayer

Window management utility for Windows; turn programs into overlays.

A lightweight window management utility to help get the most out of your limited screen area, by (safely) giving you the tools to: add transparency to a window, force a window to be topmost/appear on top of all others, as well as shortcut toggle-able click-through, or "ghost widows", if you like, where all clicks pass right through it as if it weren't there. Sometimes you may only need one of these settings, but combining them together effectively allows you to turn any program into an overlay. For example, your games, or perhaps some documentation you were reading: allowing it to persistently stay on top of another window, without blocking out the content thanks to transparency, while also not having to worry about accidentally clicking on it, thanks to click-through ghost windows, but being able to interact with it when you *choose* to -- what you're left with, is a window with all of the attributes that make a dedicated overlay, and overlay, but present in an ordinary window
