Polka is a micro web server for Node.js that positions itself as an extremely minimal yet highly performant alternative to Express. Under the hood it is essentially a thin layer on top of Node’s native HTTP server, adding just enough routing, middleware, and sub-application support to be productive without the weight of a full framework. Its API is intentionally similar to Express, which makes it easy for existing Express users to migrate or share middleware with minimal changes. Because it focuses on speed and small size, polka can be attractive for performance-sensitive services, serverless functions, or applications where dependency budgets are tight. The project exposes common features like route parameters, query parsing (usually via external middleware), and simple error handling, but leaves more advanced concerns to the user or ecosystem packages.

Launched more than 6 years ago, the freegeoip.net API has grown into one of the biggest and most widely used APIs for IP to location services worldwide. The API is used by thousands of developers, SMBs and large corporations around the globe and is currently handling more than 2 billion requests per day. After years of operation and the API remaining almost unchanged, today we announce the complete re-launch of freegeoip into a faster, more advanced and more scalable API service called ipstack. All users that wish to continue using our IP to location service will be required to sign up to obtain a free API access key and perform a few simple changes to their integration. While the new API offers the ability to return data in the same structure as the old freegeoip API, the new API structure offers various options of delivering much more advanced data for IP Addresses.

IIPImage is a high performance image server and client for viewing, navigating and zooming within high resolution images on the internet. Images in TIFF or JPEG2000 format are efficiently streamed by the server to a choice of clients that can be embedded within a web page.

CF-Workers-docker.io is a project by cmliu that sets up a proxy for Docker Hub (and potentially other container image registries) using Cloudflare Workers, effectively acting as a middle-man mirror to improve image pull reliability and speed in regions where direct access is degraded. The idea is to intercept registry requests, reroute or mirror them through a worker endpoint, and therefore bypass regional limitations or firewall blocks affecting official Docker registries. Users can deploy their own copy of this proxy, point their Docker daemon’s registry-mirrors configuration to it, and benefit from an accelerated and more accessible image pull experience. The project’s README warns about possible policy risks—since Cloudflare’s terms forbid use of Workers for VPN or similar proxy services, so users deploy at their own risk. It also includes instructions for setting up both Docker daemon and containerd/podman equivalents by customizing configuration files.

WorkerVless2sub is a dedicated subscription generator focused on providing “preferred line” subscriptions by processing VMess, VLESS, Trojan nodes, filtering and replacing automatically via a Cloudflare Worker script. The idea is you supply node lists (or use existing APIs/CSV sources) and the worker filters them by criteria like speed or reliability and then emits a subscription link for end-users. It supports deployment on Cloudflare Pages or Workers, offers configuration via variables like HOST, UUID, PATH, ADD, ADDAPI etc., and has an Apache-2.0 license. The tool supports both IPv4 and IPv6 node sources, speed test CSV inputs, and logic to drop nodes that don’t meet the threshold (DLS variable). It has a sizeable star count and forks indicating broader adoption in self-hosted proxy subscription communities. The README also explicitly warns about hosting personal private nodes in the script if intending public use.
