A simple remote control that should be able to play, pause, stop and skip on DNLA/UPnP devices it finds on the subnet. Currently tested on two machines, Ubuntu 9.10 and Windows XP Home against Rhythmbox with the DLNA/UPnP plugin .

This program works along side parental control software by allowing an administrative account to block outbound TCP port 443 on Windows XP computers which effectively stops the use of SSL Proxies to bypass parental control software.
