...It collects statistics about the visitors' (user or robot) browser, os and the country they are from. vStats keeps also track of the time and date of the visit and the referred website.

Getting a modern system will require a rewrite today, so this project will stay in maintenance mode. It still works fine and everybody are welcome to fork it or contribute.
Statistics software based on PHP which does not require any database support, but just uses flat files. Daily + monthly visits, which pages, from where, browsers and OSs are listed and visually presented.
