The software works with the Fine Offset WH290 and similar models (including clones such as the Pro-Signal PSG04173). It also works with the Oregon Scientific WMR180 weather station (and probably similar models such as the WMR88 and WMR100) as well as the older WMR928. -

This electronic weather station system involves two weather stations that communicate with each other via XBEE RF modules and upload and download information from a Website via an RN-171-XV Wi-Fi module. This project was started so I could publish the data from my own weather station on my balcony. That project is still under development but the software that broadcasts the data is 'finished' and should be useful for things other than weather stations.
