Add screenshots of the missing icon and the instances where it's displayed like: menus, taskbars, panels, notifications, etc. Copy the images to your Pictures folder; rename them if necessary, right-click the image and select "Use as wallpaper". -

A small .NET-based GUI application that generates HTML files to provide image files in various resolutions (e.g. wallpapers). For hobbyist webmasters who know how to copy files to a server, but not how to set up and configure server-side apps.

Changes wallpapers. Written in .NET (C#). To use it you just need to specify a folder where your wallpapers is stored. To add a new wallpaper you just need to copy file in the wallpapers folder. All subfilders will be seen as wallpaper categories.
