When Gmail cannot map a piece of data to Outlook contacts (e.g. multiple addresses, more than 3 email addresses, multiple titles, etc), Gmail creates an attachment to the Outlook contact titled "GMail properties with no Outlook mapping.txt". If you delete the attachment, Gmail automatically recreates it, and in some cases the extraneous information is not accessible in Gmail and can never be deleted. -
