    `lms2fits` is a dual-channel spectroscopic receiver for radio astronomy that employs theLimeSDR's LimeSDR-USB dual-channel transceiver, which in turn employs Lime Microsystems' LMS7002M transceiver chip. These systems allow a frequency-agile (<30 MHz to 3.8 GHz) receiver providing Stokes parameters in dynamic spectra of up to 60 MHz analog bandwidth streamed to a FITS file with three-axis primary table. It runs on linux under .Net.

It performs annotation and enrichment analyses of user-provided genomic regions (SNPs, ChIP-seq binding sites etc.) against >6,000 (human genome) epigenomic features available from the UCSC genome browser. Input - any genome-wide data data in .bed format (tab-delimited text file with chrom, chromStart, chromEnd). Annotation analysis output - detailed annotation of each genomic region in input data.     CNViewer shows CNV and LOH data in affected and unaffected individuals

    ...As well as visualising the CN state and LOH data, the program will also display Log(2) ratio, smooth signal and allele difference values that may also be obtained from the Affymetrix SNP 6.0 array (details on how to export the data are here). CN state, Log(2) ratio and the smooth signal data may be derived from either the SNP or CNV probes on the SNP microarray chip, where as the LOH and allele difference values are derived solely from the SNP probes.
