My changes to qemu for legacy free GPU passthrough. Only one adapter can use legacy vga regions at same time. This is an attemp to achieve a qemu gpu passthrough without legacy vga accesses to graphics card. Legacy io accesses to vga registers are replaced through MMIO accesses. Legacy accesses to vga memory are replaced through accesses to plain framebuffer. This avoids vga arbiter problems in linux kernel. -

Genome Abundance Similarity Correction
One goal of sequencing based metagenomic analysis is the quantitative taxonomic assessment of microbial community compositions. However, the majority of approaches either quantify at low resolution (e.g. at phylum level) or have severe problems discerning highly similar species. Yet, accurate quantification on species level is desirable in applications such as metagenomic diagnostics or community comparison. GASiC is a method to correct read alignment results for the ambiguities imposed by similarities of genomes. It has superior performance over existing methods. It is based on Debian Jessie and is built around the well known GNS3 Project. Thanks to D.N.S. you can emulate Cisco and Juniper devices, as well as different kind of servers, to build complex networks for testing purposes or to have an huge help to study for a certifications like CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA and so on. The goal of the project is to provide an easy to use environment to build a virtual laboratory with GNS3 even without be familiar with GNU/Linux and configurations. So, if you are studying for a certification and/or if you want to build your own laboratory to simulate Cisco, Juniper devices and - in general - complex network topologies, you will find in D.N.S. a good friend :D The first public release has been published on Sunday, 9th of February 2014.
