The process for installing this and this chrome app as an unpacked extension(.zip file) is explained on this page (http://digiwonk.wonderhowto.com/how-to/run-android-apps-chrome-for-windows-mac-linux-0157523) To install as a regular extension(.crx file) just download the .crx file and open in chrome. Update: I have packaged the Archon custom runtime extension into a .crx file so it's easier to install. The way mentioned above is still valid, but now it can be installed normally
