    ViCuTo cuts video files and tries to limit recoding only to the boundaries of the video segments. You can use segments from different files and add other audio tracks. If the segments are encoded in different codecs ViCuTo recodes them to the codecs of the file that the longest parts of the segments come from, thus avoiding as much recoding as possible.
