...Standard 3x-ui setups use separate ports for the web panel and proxy inbounds, which conflicts with Railway’s one-port routing model. Nginx listens on Railway’s assigned port and routes the management panel and VLESS WebSocket traffic through different URL paths. The included Dockerfile, configuration template, and startup script provide a compact deployment workflow. Users create a VLESS inbound on the expected internal port and connect through the generated Railway domain with TLS. ...The tool provides an interactive terminal UI, so users can run scans through menus instead of memorizing command-line flags. It can probe candidate Cloudflare IPs directly and can optionally validate results through VLESS or Trojan configurations using embedded Xray. The scanner includes a neighbor-scan mode that explores nearby IPs in the same Cloudflare block to find more usable endpoints. It also saves previous scan settings and allows working results to be copied or saved for later use.
