    VimR

    VimR

Neovim GUI for macOS in Swift

...The goal is to build an editor that uses Neovim inside with many of the convenience GUI features similar to those present in modern editors. We mainly use Swift, but also use C/Objective-C when where appropriate. Markdown preview, generic HTML preview (retains the scroll position when reloading), fuzzy file finder a la Xcode's "Open Quickly". Trackpad support, pinching for zooming and two-finger scrolling. Ligatures, turned off by default. Turn it on in the Preferences. Command line tool, (Simple) file browser. Flexible workspace model a la JetBrain's IDEs.

    Codex Skill Manager

    Codex Skill Manager

macOS app to manage your Codex skills

CodexSkillManager is a native macOS application built with SwiftUI that provides a visual and user-friendly interface for managing local skills used by AI coding assistants like Codex and Claude Code. It allows users to browse, install, delete, and inspect both locally stored and remote skills (such as those from Clawdhub) without requiring manual file manipulation on disk, making it simpler to keep skills organized and up to date. The app renders skill descriptions from SKILL.md files directly within the UI, including inline previews for references, which helps developers quickly understand a skill’s purpose and usage before installation. It also highlights metadata like installation status and version info, and supports importing skill folders or zip archives directly into the local skill registry. ...

    SwiftLinkPreview

    SwiftLinkPreview

It makes a preview from an URL, grabbing all the information

Link Previewer for iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS. It makes a preview from an URL, grabbing all the information such as title, relevant texts and images. Swift is a great programming language that allows us to learn faster and build more stuff in less time because of its simplicity. Back then, when I created my first project related to previewing link, only Facebook had this feature on their services. Now many companies preview links inside their products. None of them has open-sourced it...

    IBPCollectionViewCompositionalLayout

    IBPCollectionViewCompositionalLayout

Backport of UICollectionViewCompositionalLayout to earlier iOS 12

...Developers can define complex collection views from items, groups, sections, and dimensional rules instead of writing extensive custom layout subclasses. The same approach can create lists, grids, mosaics, nested groups, banners, and independently scrolling sections. An interoperability file helps projects share layout code between systems using the native API and those using the backport. The library closely mirrors Apple's API so migration requires minimal conceptual changes. It was created to reduce duplicate layout code during the transition to newer UIKit versions.

    VerticalCardSwiper

    VerticalCardSwiper

A marriage between the Shazam Discover UI and Tinder

A marriage between the Shazam Discover UI and Tinder, built with UICollectionView in Swift. The goal of this project is to recreate the Discover UI in Shazam (which I think is a great, fun way to display content) in combination with a Tinder-style of swiping cards to the left/right. The idea behind this is that in some cases, you don't want to swipe away cards, but keep them available for later on. This implementation allows for that. And it's a fun way to interact with content.

    IBAnimatable

    IBAnimatable

Design and prototype customized UI, interaction, navigation, etc.

Design and prototype customized UI, interaction, navigation, transition and animation for App Store ready Apps in Interface Builder with IBAnimatable. The app was made in Interface Builder with IBAnimatable without a single line of code. Due to the size of the GIF file on Dribbble, it only demonstrates a subset of features. We can also find the full HD version on YouTube or MP4 on Github. With IBAnimatable, we can design a UI in Interface Builder like what we can do in Sketch, and prototype animations in a Swift playground like what we can do in Framer. Also, we can use the output of the design directly in the production-ready App.

    NotchKit

    NotchKit

A simple way to hide the notch on the iPhone X

NotchKit is a simple way to hide the notch on the iPhone X, and create a card-like interface for your apps. Integrating NotchKit is extremely simple. Firstly, import NotchKit in the file where your AppDelegate is stored. By default, NotchKit hides the status bar and home indicator on all devices. However if you choose you can limit this behavior to just the iPhone X and have it do nothing on other devices by setting the shouldShowBarsOnlyOniPhoneX property to true.

    Appz

    Appz

Launch external apps, and deeplink, with ease using Swift

...It was crucial to make sure the library can scale as the number of supported apps increase. Therefore, each supported app is implemented in isolation in a separate file. The API has been carefully designed to make the most out of auto-complete features, so you don't even have to peak into any docs or code! To make the specs as transparent as possible, the library has tests to make sure every external application action has tests with the expected results.
