    Agar

    Agar

    Cross Platform GUI Toolkit

Agar provides a base GUI framework and a standard set of widgets from which graphical applications can be built which run natively under X11, Windows, MacOS, SDL and others. It takes advantage of texture and GPU acceleration wherever available. Agar can also attach to an existing framebuffer, SDL or OpenGL context and operate as a self-contained window-manager. It includes a standard library of general-purpose widgets, and is also designed to be extended externally. New widgets can be implemented as part of an application or library. Complex user interface elements can be realized often in few lines of code. Agar is also extensible at the low-level. ...

    Fenster

    Fenster

The most minimal cross-platform GUI library

...Its core implementation is a single C99 header of roughly 300 lines, making the code easy to inspect and modify. It opens one titled window and exposes a simple 24-bit RGB framebuffer for direct pixel drawing. Keyboard events, mouse coordinates, clicks, timing, application lifecycle, and system events are handled through a polling API. The same interface also provides audio playback through WinMM on Windows, CoreAudio on macOS, and ALSA on Linux. Programs do not need callbacks, multithreading, or a large GUI framework. ...

    LinuxFont

    Create and investigate PSF2 fonts

This utility is created with the aim of accelerating development of Linux PSF2 (framebuffer) fonts. It does not work with X fonts. The program can "explode" existing PSF2 fonts, creating an human-readable graphical representation of each glyph which can then be re-compiled into a PSF2 font. The project supports the use of unicode tables at the end of fonts, but currently (Dec, 2012) not fully (sequences are not supported), but this should be simple to amend.
