SPSens is a complete software package written in C that estimates parameter sensitivities for stochastic models of chemical and biochemical reaction networks using Monte Carlo (MC) stochastic simulations. It is possible to estimate sensitivities with respect to system parameters using the following algorithms: finite difference methods (crude monte carlo, common reaction path, coupled finite differences); likelihood ratio methods; and regularized pathwise derivatives. Additionally the package includes basic stochastic simulation algorithms. The package includes several example networks which can be easily modified for other networks. Serial and parallel MPI implementations can be built and called from the command line. The serial implementation of the package can also be called from Matlab via the MEX interface with limited functionality. It supports many user specified options, including the use of antithetic sampling that can be used in some cases to increase efficiency.

XISL (XML based scripting of Implicit Surfaces) package (written in C++) assists developers in construction of arbitrary implicit models. Each implicit function class (a primitive, an operation, etc.) is deffined by its appropriate XISL tag(s).

The purpose of the project is to develop a programming language whose semantics is based on a minimal, imperative mathematical machine.

GLOB allows OpenGL programmers to create a variety of 3D meshes ranging from spheres, cubes and cyliders to NURBS and extrusions. GLOB compiles under Windows, Linux-based OSs and MAC. The library is compatible with OpenGL 4.0+ and doesn't use any deprecated features. 4 attrributes: 4D color, 3D normal, 3D position and 2D texture coordinate are stored per vertex in VAO (Vertex Array Objects). GLOB doesn't do any rendering to the screen and only builds the attributes for the mesh. Thus, the user must provide his own shader programs. However, if there is no current shader program registered, a default one is used which will depict the mesh under simple lighting and texture map. The GLOB API is very simple and intuitive to use, providing opportunities for customization, including that of normal and texture mapping.

The ‘setupdocx‘ provides a control layer for continuous documentation by the simplified creation, packaging, and installation of documentation. The provided commands are distributed as entry points and optional base classes for further customization into 'setup.py' - setuptools / distutils. Manages arbitrary document templates for the supported builder, supports multiple builds with arbitrary document layouts, designs, and patched contents.
