    Tick Java Desktop

    This is a Java-based alternative for keeping track of project time on Tickspot.com; although Tickspot does offer a desktop app, it is written in Adobe Air - it doesn't run well under Linux, and crashes a fair amount. This project is an effort to bring a more rock-solid and programmer-friendly desktop app to what is otherwise an excellent time tracking system. By using Java, this project opens the possibility of launching the application as either an installable desktop application (it's primary goal), or to launch it in Java Webstart, or even embed it as a Java Applet.
