    micro

    micro

A modern and intuitive terminal-based text editor

Micro's number one feature is being easy to install (it's just a static binary with no dependencies) and easy to use. Use a simple json format to configure your options and rebind keys to your liking. If you need more power, you can use Lua to configure the editor further. Micro supports over 75 languages and has 7 default colorschemes to choose from. Micro supports 16, 256, and truecolor themes. Syntax files and colorschemes are also very simple to make. Micro has support for Sublime-style multiple cursors, giving you lots of editing power directly in your terminal. ...

    dehydrated

    dehydrated

    letsencrypt/acme client implemented as a shell-script

...Dehydrated is a client for signing certificates with an ACME-server (e.g. Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL) implemented as a relatively simple bash script. It uses the OpenSSL utility for everything related to actually handling keys and certificates, so you need to have that installed. Other dependencies are cURL, sed, grep, mktemp (all found on almost any system, cURL being the only exception). Please keep in mind that this software and even the acme-protocol are relatively young and may still have some unresolved issues. Feel free to report any issues you find with this script or contribute by submitting a pull request. dehydrated is looking for a config file in a few different places, it will use the first one it can find.

    dive

    dive

A tool for exploring each layer in a docker image

...As you select a layer on the left, you are shown the contents of that layer combined with all previous layers on the right. Also, you can fully explore the file tree with the arrow keys. Files that have changed, been modified, added, or removed are indicated in the file tree. This can be adjusted to show changes for a specific layer, or aggregated changes up to this layer. The lower left pane shows basic layer info and an experimental metric that will guess how much wasted space your image contains. This might be from duplicating files across layers, moving files across layers, or not fully removing files. ...

    gh-dash

    gh-dash

A beautiful CLI dashboard for GitHub

...To override the default set of terminal colors and instead create your own color scheme, you can define one in your config.yml file. If you choose to go this route, you need to specify all of the following keys as colors in hex format (#RRGGBB), otherwise, validation will fail. You can customize each section's layout as well as the global layout.

    WYSE60.NET

    WYSE60.NET

Basic WYSE60 terminal emulator written in VB.NET

...Not all ESC-codes have been implemented, only basics, which is all we needed. The only thing that was changed since 2002 is that I've upgraded the project to .NET Framework 4.8.1, fixed the creating of registry keys to store the settings and used Control.Invoke in 3 places where async methods are used, while apparently back in .NET 2 (I guess) that wasn't necessary. Other than that, all original code.

    tfenv

    tfenv

    Terraform version manager

...The trust-tfenv directive means that verification uses a copy of the Hashicorp OpenPGP key found in the tfenv repository. Skipping that directive means that the Hashicorp key must be in the existing default trusted keys. By default, console output from tfenv does not print a date stamp or log severity. Some variables allow you to pass a string containing a command that will be executed using eval in order to produce a prefix to each console output line, and each FILE type log entry. If you put a .terraform-version file on your project root, or in your home directory, tfenv detects it and uses the version written in it. ...

    desk

    desk

A lightweight workspace manager for the shell

...Instead of relying on CTRL-R to execute and recall ("that command's gotta be here somewhere..."), desk helps shorten and document those actions with shell aliases and functions, which are then namespaced under a particular desk. Because Deskfiles are just enriched shell scripts, the possibilities are endless. For example, when doing work on AWS I have desk securely load AWS API keys into environment variables via pass -- no effort on my part, and no risk of accidentally persisting that sensitive information to a history file.

    STALLioN Terminal I/O Library

    STALLioN Terminal I/O Library

STALLioN is a cross-platform C/C++ I/O library for CLI applications

STALLioN is a cross-platform (currently Linux, Windows and FreeBSD) C/C++ library for developers wishing to use a terminal/CLI interface on multiple platforms but only want a single codebase. It aims to provide a consistent development API across multiple platforms so that separate code does not have to be created for each (often very different) terminal interface; simply use the functions in STALLioN and compile with the correct library for the chosen platform. Currently in very...
