    tetris

    tetris

    A terminal interface for Tetris

A terminal interface for Tetris. Installation on MacOS and Linux is outlined below. Windows support is questionable, but you can try to install from source. The default game is run by simply executing the tetris command. If the unicode characters look a bit wonky in your terminal, you can also run. People seem to have varying levels of success with the linux binary. Please note that it is compiled dynamically and hence should not be expected to work on most distros. This code is built on top of brick which makes building terminal user interfaces very accessible.

    SwiftFormat

    SwiftFormat

A command-line tool and Xcode Extension for formatting Swift code

SwiftFormat is a code library and command-line tool for reformatting Swift code on macOS or Linux. SwiftFormat goes above and beyond what you might expect from a code formatter. In addition to adjusting white space, it can insert or remove implicit self, remove redundant parentheses, and correct many other deviations from the standard Swift idioms. Many programmers have a preferred style for formatting their code, and others seem entirely blind to the existing formatting conventions of a...

    create-dmg

    create-dmg

Create a good-looking DMG for your macOS app in seconds

...The most common way of distributing an app outside the Mac App Store is by putting it in a .dmg file. These are hard to create, especially good-looking ones. You can either pay for a GUI app where you have to customize an existing design or you can run some homebrewed Bash script and you still have to design it. This tool does everything for you, so you can play with your cat instead. The DMG detects the minimum runtime of the app, and uses ULFO (macOS 10.11 or later) or UDZO as appropriate. The resulting image has the filename App Name 0.0.0.dmg, for example, Lungo 1.0.0.dmg. It will try to code sign the DMG, but the DMG is still created and fine even if the code signing fails, for example if you don't have a developer certificate.

    bore

    bore

bore is a simple CLI tool for making tunnels to localhost

...Similar to localtunnel and ngrok, except bore is intended to be a highly efficient, unopinionated tool for forwarding TCP traffic that is simple to install and easy to self-host, with no frills attached. (bore totals less than 400 lines of safe, async Rust code and is trivial to set up — just run a single binary for the client and server.) The easiest way to install bore is from prebuilt binaries. These are available on the releases page for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Just unzip the appropriate file for your platform and move the bore executable into a folder on your PATH. You also can build bore from source using Cargo, the Rust package manager.

    aws-nuke

    aws-nuke

Nuke a whole AWS account and delete all its resources

...Be aware that aws-nuke is a very destructive tool, hence you have to be very careful while using it. Otherwise, you might delete production data. We strongly advise you to not run this application on any AWS account, where you cannot afford to lose all resources. We are testing our Terraform code with Jenkins. Sometimes a Terraform run fails during development and messes up the account. With aws-nuke, we can simply clean up the failed account so it can be reused for the next build. Our platform developers have their own AWS accounts where they can create their own Kubernetes clusters for testing purposes. ...
