PTY interface for Go

...Start assigns a pseudo-terminal tty os.File to c.Stdin, c.Stdout, and c.Stderr, calls c.Start, and returns the File of the tty's corresponding pty. InheritSize applies the terminal size of pty to tty. This should be run in a signal handler for syscall.SIGWINCH to automatically resize the tty when the pty receives a window size change notification.
