Creates and Maintains a MySQL Database of the IRS Business Master File

...It then downloads the files from the IRS, processes them and adds them to the database. The second script is used for updates. The IRS updates the files roughly on the tenth of each month. I am more activist than coder. Improvement suggestions are welcome. David Cary Hart
