Bulk ID3 is an en-masse ID3 tag editor. It is designed to allow bulk modification of mp3 files, as well as file renaming. The current release is an alpha release and should only be used to modify test files. For usage see the README file.

apecomment is an APEv2 music tag editor. It will also support ID3v1/v2 writing. Features other editors do not have are: 1) support encoding detection/conversion, 2) file attachment (cue sheet, jacket image, Lyrics, etc.) support.
