justniffer is a TCP sniffer. It reassembles and reorders packets and displays the tcp flow in a customizable way. It can log network traffic in web server log format. It can also log network services performances (e.g. web server response times) and extract http content (images, html, scripts, etc)

Http-proxy-tunnel creates TCP tunnels through http proxies that permit the CONNECT method. It differs from other proxy tunnelling programs in that it can tunnel through multiple proxies, and can use SSL tunnels. These abilities mean that in combination with a web server that can proxy (such as Apache) you can serve normal web pages from ports 80 and 443 and connect to the server (using ssh say) via those ports at the same time.

The utility `ProxyPing` is a simple tool to ping servers behind a firewall that will not let ICMP packages through. It provides a HTTP server answering to ping requests and returning the ping delay as a HTTP text result. The tool will have to be deployed on a server behind the firewall that can be reached by a configurable TCP connection (defaulting to port TCP 6666).

RedMQ is a Redis-based messaging system that is specifically designed to support flexible messaging schemes, exposing an API that allows messages to be filtered by a number of message attributes. At its core is a Python TCP server built on Asynchronous Messaging Protocol and Twisted's AMP module.
