This program converts a dvd into a dvd image. Could do the same for cdroms or other media like it. Will not copy protected disks. Features one click copying with a progress bar and dvd tray eject/load. Written in python with wxPython.

Monarch Linux also has primitive Live CD Hardware Configurator called "Bilgin". In order to Monarch Linux developed by rookie coder, you should be ready for everything :). Monarch is currently at prealpha stage. So its updated frequently and you may get a lots of error. -
