OpenSearchServer is a powerful, enterprise-class, search engine program. Using the web user interface, the crawlers (web, file, database, etc.) and the client libraries (REST/API , Ruby, Rails, Node.js, PHP, Perl) you will be able to integrate quickly and easily advanced full-text search capabilities in your application: Full-text with basic semantic, join queries, boolean queries, facet and filter, document (PDF, Office, etc.) indexation, web scrapping,etc.

This program is completely stand alone (150 lines of code). A filename may be passed so the editor will open with it's contents or it can be used without a filename and a default filename will be assigned that may be changed before saving text. For security reasons, no provision has been made to allow saving to another directory. Future additions may include the capability to save to a sub directory.

The goal of this project is to make a program (or a set of programs) to fully control a remote machine trought a TCP/IP network. The project consist on two parts: The host app to receive & interpret commands and a GUI to send the commands (the client).
