This project is very old and likely doesn't work with current gtk, so you probably shouldn't waste your time with it. blahps was a process viewer or task manager that aims to be useful in situations where other task managers are not. As an example, it keeps track of processes which have died so you can see them _after_ they are gone. Also it has filtering.
