...Disabling (closing) the message "Отключение расширений в режиме разработчика" or "Disable developer mode extensions" in Yandex Browser (and possibly in all Chrome-like ones, since the message comes from there). A shortcut to the program should be placed in the "Startup" folder and the program will automatically search for and close this message.
