FEX
A fast usermode x86 and x86-64 emulator for Arm64
FEX allows you to run x86 and x86-64 binaries on an AArch64 host, similar to qemu-user and box86. It has native support for a rootfs overlay, so you don't need to chroot, as well as some thunklibs so it can forward things like GL to the host. FEX presents a Linux 5.0 interface to the guest, and supports both AArch64 and x86-64 as hosts. FEX is very much work in progress, so expect things to change. FEX has been tested to build and run on ARMv8.0, ARMv8.1+, and x86-64(AVX or newer) hardware.... -

This is Hangover, a project started by André Zwing and Stefan Dösinger in 2016 that currently can run x86_32 Windows applications on aarch64 Wine. Hangover uses various emulators as DLLs (pick one that suits your needs, e.g. works for you) to only emulate the application you want to run instead of emulating a complete Wine installation. As soon as the application does a Windows/Wine system call, say NtUserCreateWindowEx, it's executed outside the emulator (read non-emulated, fast, native).... -

FedEX Rpi5 for Raspberry Pi 5 and 4 is a "remaster" of the Fedora Project's Fedora 43 build for ARM64 (aarch64). ABOUT FedEX Rpi5 uses the Gnome 49 Desktop. (As the original system does). The original Fedora 43 system can only run a Raspberry 4 computer. You may be able to start it on a Rpi5, but you can't make the keyboard and mouse work. My Build works very well on a Rpi5 though. You can also run FedEX Rpi5 on a Rpi4 computer.
