...Login/Password for PhpMyAdmin is root/bodhi. Update 15.09.2014 As Jeff announced to stop the further developement of Bodhi here my last personal remaster that gets security updates from Unbuntu until 2017. I still install it on lower specs hardware, the livecycle should be the same as the OS. New Remaster with all updates until today. On the livedisk use the user custom w/o password Cant get the file on SF Servers atm, please be patient.
