It requires PERL NMAP and a shell to run properly. KOMRAD is included in the tarball (it is copyrighted under the original BSD license, the echeck scripts are under v2 of the GPL) and no setup is required other than untarring and running the ./echeck script given (you have perl, nmap and a shell installed that is ...).
