Instead of requiring cygwin and all it's dependencies, I'm going to build Dynamips on MinGW. I am currently using a fork of the latest GIT source. So far, I've been able to run things that I can run with the Cygwin version, and some of the broken features are on par. I've also been able to merge in the 'unstable' PowerPC core which can run things the 'stable' cannot. Transport wise, I've gotten it to talk with pcap and UDP. The Null-modem emulator (com0com) is a kernel-mode virtual serial port driver for Windows. You can create an unlimited number of virtual COM port pairs and use any pair to connect one COM port based application to another. The HUB for communications (hub4com) allows to receive data and signals from one COM or TCP port, modify and send it to a number of other COM or TCP ports and vice versa. -

IBM's Software Trusted Platform Module (TPM) includes a TPM 1.2 implementation, low level demo libraries and command line tools, a TPM test suite, and proxies to connect from a TCP/IP socket to a hardware TPM. tpm4769 is the latest version, with TPM side support for OpenSSL 1.1. The utilities and test suite have not been ported to OpenSSL 1.1. They remain at 1.0. For the SW TPM 2.0, see https://sourceforge.net/projects/ibmswtpm2/.
