A simple shell, like Bash, written in Rust.

Mainly this project aims at easing startup and use of XCSoar (see xcsoar.org) on Kobo Mini. But the scope of use should not be limited solely to XCSoar. The Launcher should be small in code size, reuse most of the original libraries, provide flexible configuration to any application that might be ported to the Kobo Mini. It supports customizable fonts, toolbox-pages, buttons (also graphical), labels, autostart and sleep timers.

A modular framework for implementing a CISCO-like CLI on a *NIX system. Arbitary command menus and actions can be defined using XML files. This software handles the user interaction, and forks the appropriate system commands to perform any actions.

lshell is a shell coded in Python, that lets you restrict a user's environment to limited sets of commands, choose to enable/disable any command over SSH (e.g. SCP, SFTP, rsync, etc.), log user's commands, implement timing restriction, and more.

Mirdir allows to synchronize two directory trees in a fast way. Only the differences between the two sets of files are copied while the excess files/directories in the destination tree are removed (unless there was an explicit request to keep them).

ICMP Shell (ISH) is a telnet-like protocol. It allows users to connect to a remote host and to open a shell using only ICMP to send and receive data. ICMP Shell was written in C for the UNIX environment.

sux - a wrapper for the standard \'su\' command

Rootsh is a wrapper for shells which logs all echoed keystrokes and terminal output to a file and/or to syslog. It's main purpose is the auditing of users who need a shell with root privileges. They start rootsh through the sudo mechanism.

This project consists of some rather trivial console tools that connect via JMX to Java applications and provide an easy interface to integrate JMX-enabled applications into other applications (e.g. for monitoring etc.)

pipestatus - source file for UNIX/POSIX shell that allows to obtain an exit status of every program in a pipe.

krX is a shell scripting system in LUA using Love2D, which is cross-platform and modular. It allows, among other things, file management, command execution with graphical and multimedia capabilities, thanks to the Love2D API.

Note: Press Enter/Return key after typing on your Terminal, to proceed to the next step, while testing the quiz.sh script.
