Achelous is attempt to clone Mac OS X for the Intel X86 Chipset. There are currently two teams working on the project: the Kernel team and the GUI team.
GUSI (Grand Unified Socket Interface) is a POSIX/Pthreads/Sockets library bringing some of the comforts of UNIX 98 to traditional MacOS (7.0 - 9.9999).
Lamp is a Unix-like environment that runs in a single process (via threads) on traditional Mac OS, including standard I/O, vfork/exec, a shell, perl, sockets, virtual fs with /dev and /proc, signals, and ptrace(). Runs on 68K/PPC, and on OS X as Carbon.
A developmental branch of the Linux/m68k port, supporting older Macintoshes with a Motorola 68020, 030, or 040 CPU and an MMU. This includes most II/LC/Centris/Quadra/Performa-class machines. Check the status page on the project web site for details.

Natty is a library on top of GUSI adding process management facilities like fork() and exec() and shell-like functionality.
