BB's Database Desktop replaces and extends Borlands Database Desktop, which is not free. The goal of this project is to implement the functions of the original Database Desktop and add some useful features
Quanta+ is a web development environment for HTML and associate languages. We are working to make it as full featured as any web tool available and a first choice for professional and recreational Linux web develoment.
Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) for Multi-CPU (and RAM) Stress Testing. Shows detailed information about physical and logical processors in the system. Included CPU Benchmark feature for speed testing. Automatically utilizes and tests all CPU cores.
Open Source Exchange community for Cisco-centric developers and customers to publish, discuss and release their open source tools, scripts and utilities for managing or operating Cisco network equipment
ALICE utilizes AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) to form responses to your questions and inputs. Unlike other commercial chat robot software costing thousands of dollars, ALICE is freely available under the terms of the GNU Public License
To be a central repository for all open source Tamil Linux projects
Systray application that manages affinity and priority settings of Windows programs based on user defined profiles. Affinity profiles may specify either physical CPUs or logical CPU identifiers that expose eventual asymmetries in the system.
MatLinks/Chorus is an open source project which aims to augment Matlab, Simulink, and Octave with toolboxes of useful functions not included in the standard distributions.
Pizza is a small, fast and free compiler for Java and an important superset of the Java programming language. It is written in Java/Pizza and compiles to Java class files.
Implementations for the Revised Report language
This project offers open source implementations for UNESCO/IFIP's Algol 68 (the Revised Report language). The project offers two implementations: Implementation 1 is Algol68G: a recent checkout hybrid compiler/interpreter by Marcel van der Veer, supporting arbitrary arithmetic, partial parametrisation, complex numbers, POSIX threads, GNU plotutils, GNU scientific library, curses, sound, TCP sockets, RegEx and PostgreSQL. Inplementation 2 is algol68toc, a port by Sian Mountbatten of the vintage Algol68RS (UK Defense Research Agency) compiler. The implementation emits C code.
Prosper is a LaTeX class aiming at offering an environment for writing high-quality slides for both printing an displaying with a video-projector. It offers many features for lively presentations, such as incremental display.
A mail reader for use under VIM, written in VIM macro language.
cascade is a tool for analyzing the noise and distortion performance for a cascaded system such as the receive path of an RF receiver. The tool is very easy to use and provides a per stage performance summary, a ranking of which elements limit system p
XML-RPC can save Flash and Flex developers hours of work. It enables ActionScript to transparently communicate with blogs like WordPress and Blogspot. It also works with frameworks that support XML-RPC like Plone, Zope, and Drupal.
Server benchmark and burn in software.
Server Benchmark [s.b] allows server engineers and administrators to quickly complete the "burn in" phase of your server and VDI provisioning process. The software also allows users to benchmark processing and memory utilization by dynamically adding threads and building arrays to test memory capacity. Server Benchmark is also a great way to maximize capacity and test response from within your existing Citrix XenApp farm, and VDI infrastructure. Source code is attached to the "Source" folder.
Port <a href="http://www.amanda.org">Amanda Tape Backup</a> client suite to Windows32, with native support of NTFS features.
Develop finite element stress analysis programs, that work with free cad systems(Maybe QCad). Right now there's only a 2d gridded structure analysis prog with a crappy interface, written mainly in octave.
Parallel Events and Asynchronous tasKing Library. Originally combining multi-threading with an efficient I/O event model, it's now more a lightweight object-oriented framework for event-based applications.
