Snappy Driver Installer is an application for installing/updating drivers on PCs running Microsoft Windows using driverpacks or included folders with drivers. It can be used to install drivers on newly assembled PCs at places where Internet isn't available. Users can also use the software to keep their drivers up to date.
Open source assistive on-screen keyboard that runs on Windows
OptiKey is an assistive on-screen keyboard designed to bring keyboard control, mouse control and speech to people with motor and speech limitations. Completely free, open source and compatible with low cost eye-tracking devices, it is a great alternative to often expensive and complicated AAC (alternative and augmentative communication) products. It can also be used as an alternative to a physical keyboard or mouse. OptiKey runs on Windows and works right out of the box once an eye-tracking device is installed. Without an eye-tracking device however it can still be used with a mouse or webcam.
Software control for the BitFenix Recon fan controller.
Phoebetria lets you take control of your BitFenix Recon fan controller on more operating systems than the official software. It offers all of the same features as the official software, with the exception of remote access, and has been tested on Windows, Linux, and OS X. The current plan is that future releases will add functionality and control that the official software does not provide -- giving you even more control over your fans.

This is a .net wrapper to access the digital-enlightenment DMX Interface. You can find all information related to digital enlightenment on http://www.digital-enlightenment.de (german page) To run the application, you have to get the usbdmx.dll from the digital enlightenment website (http://www.digital-enlightenment.de/usbdmx.htm). The dll is part of the project archive linked at the bottom. You also need nlog for the library to compile. The project is configured with nuget to make it easier to get the required packages.

Automated Irrigation Controller for computers
AIC (Advanced Irrigation Controller) is a computer based control system that has been initially targeted towards controlling irrigation in small to medium size gardens. As the product matures and features are added it is expected to be a fully functional controller used in large scale implementations, green houses and glass houses. AIC platform's in-dependency means it can run on both Linux or Windows XP onwards . A large range of serial boards (as well as usb boards that present as serial devices) are able to be controlled. KMTronic's USB and Serial relay boards are selectable in the configuration menu, other boards can be setup by entering their control commands. Although primarily designed for irrigation you can use AIC to control a large variety of hardware, for example lighting, heating etc It is envisaged that future implementations of AIC will incorporate rules for more complex device control.

KeyStatus does a very basic job. It acts as virtual LED lights for Caps Lock and so forth. For example It displays a red notification icon with the letter 'C' in red when Caps Lock is turned on, when Caps Lock is activated however, the notification icon of the letter 'C' will go green. MMM is capable to use the Windows Low-Level Monitor API including VESA Monitor Control Command Set (VESA MCCS). You can use MMM to read out your Monitor Capabilities like physical Resolution, supported Resolutions and Refresh Rates, Vendor Informations, Firmware Version and current settings like Brightness, Contrast, Gamma and so on. You can use MMM also to send MCCS Commands to your Monitor to turning it into Standby, wake it up again and change its Brightness, Contrast or Gamma Settings. Note that this is done directly by the Monitor and NOT the Graphics Card. You can't believe that? Have a look to your Monitors On-Screen Display when changing Settings with MMM! Furthermore, MMM has methods to place a Window exacty to a Monitor relatively to global Desktop Coordinates and taking Screenshots from a Monitor Content.
Automatic optical drive locker
ODDLocker is a small, handy application that locks the door of the selected CD/DVD/BluRay drives. It can detect when the operating system resumes from suspended state and lock the drives automatically. It's useful if you have a poorly designed laptop (e.g. Levono T420) with a big drive opener button on the wrongest place, and you want to avoid opening the drive accidentally.
